LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION INFORMATION

If you need me to write you a letter of recommendation, please ask me in person.  I will not respond to an e-mail from you or from parents.  Please remember that if you did not actively participate in my class, I cannot write you a letter of recommendation.

I use NAVIANCE for letters of recommendation and urge you to do the same.  Please download the following document and complete it in order for me to have some information about you.  If you have spoken to me in person about doing your letter of recommendation, then you can hand this to me or you can email it to me at the above email address.
